Handle Straps

The original instructions said cut two 4" x 22 1/2" strips of small floral for handles. Cutting measurement for handle straps should read:
Cut two 4 x 45-inch strips of small floral for handles.

Harvest Roses
page 46 --
September 2005

The cutting directions should read: In addition to the border strips, cut two 5 1/4 x 40-inch strips. From the strips, cut a total of ten 5 1/4-inch squares. Cut each square in half twice diagonally for a total of forty triangles.

Mystery Jacket, Part 1
page 30 --
January 2006

The first segment of the series suggests you can use Jacket #3 in Judy Murrah’s book Jacket Jackpot; there is no jacket #3 in the book. It's Jacket Two.

Patchwork Salad
pages 30-34 --
March 2006

In step 2 on page 31, the measurement for the strips was given as 4 x 7 inches, but there is a typo. It should have been 3 x 7 inches. If the 3 x 7-inch measurement is used, the remaining steps should all add up correctly.

Judy Murrah’s Mystery Jacket

March 2006

In step two, the size of the strips to cut for the Chutes Blocks is incorrect. The correct strip size is 3 x 7 inches (not 4 x 7).

A Snowy Welcome
page 82 --
November 2006

We recently were made aware that the web site given abitofstitch.com will only allow a free download of the letter 'P' and then any other letters wanted would have to be paid for.

Another site that would allow free download of three letters we found is: embroiderydesigns.com/freeembroiderydesigns.aspx  and allows for three free downloads per week. It's a different style, but this may also work for your project.
